Tasting Note
Intense red and pleasant color with garnet red reflections. Balanced aromas with notes of black fruits and a bit of spice. Lush and spicy taste with rounded fruit and juicy flavors; ripe raspberry, blackcurrant and spice; Complex and rich in depth and beautiful structure.
Winemaking
The winemaking process went smothly, and the grapes had high concentration of delicate tannins. Low yields are considered critical to the success of this wine. Grenache is vinified in large cement tanks, while the other grape varieties are made in large oak barrels.
